Customer Service Coordinator

This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will undertake planned on the job training and induction.

As part of an established team, you will manage PES & National Top 20 accounts ensuring your designated customers receive outstanding service. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to work alone and as part of a team.  You must also be able to meet targets whilst remaining calm and pragmatic in a busy job.

The ideal candidate must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to changes across the business. You will be focal point for other functions and build good relationships across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will manage and build strong relationships with an allocated customer base ensuring prompt and efficient management of orders. For stock holding accounts, you will be responsible for forecasting and stock management ensuring stock turnaround and replenishment within agreed targets.

You aim to meet and exceed customer’s expectations at all times and you act as a custodian of customer knowledge, capturing insights and feedback to help improve efficiency across the business.

 

     

     

      You are an organised individual, and you can prioritise your workload. You can identify and resolve any urgent customer queries and escalate where needed whilst keeping the customer informed at all times.

      As an active contributor in the team, you will help to achieve and exceed key performance indicators and business targets.

      Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential

      • Good level of verbal and written English
      • English and Maths; at GCSE pass  
      • Good working knowledge of computer systems (incl Outlook, Excel, Teams

      • have excellent communication skills
      • be self-motivated
      • work well under pressure
