This year we have vacancies on our 2 year Engineering Graduate Training Scheme for graduates with an engineering degree.  The scheme will be made up of 4 six month placements, 3 at your ‘home’ mill, and 1 at your ‘away’ mill and will cover a wide range of  engineering fields.  You will have the opportunity to join highly experienced teams working on process improvement, maintenance and projects, as well as our CHP and water treatment plant.  The nature of the work is varied, which means that we are often able to identify placements that coordinate with your interests, skills, experience and development needs, as well as current business priorities; this ensures placements are relevant to you, as well as adding value to the business.

We want our Graduate trainees to reach their full potential both personally and professionally, while making a real contribution to the bottom line, so we provide them with the perfect learning environment of responsibility, motivation and support.  They will receive on and off the job training, mentoring and coaching, in a real life, challenging work setting.  The kind of people we are looking for will be confident and ambitious, with a natural flair for building relationships at all levels of business and outstanding communication skills.  They will be self-motivated, tenacious and resilient, and comfortable working both alone and as part of a team.

To the successful candidate who fits the bill we are offering: a salary of £32,280 per annum, 25 days holiday + public holidays, life assurance, and a contributory pension scheme.
