In Smurfit Kappa UK the role of General Manager is key to the success of our business. All our General Managers need to be strong leaders, able to articulate their vision of their operation and to take full accountability for all aspects of their site’s business activities; particularly finance, sales, office administration, and operations (including quality and health and safety).
Success in the role will be judged on the ability to formulate credible strategic plans and then to deliver against them through the site’s resources.
The General Manager Tannochside will report to the Regional Director, Print Division.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the potential to succeed in a General Management role. Evidence of strong performance in the areas of Operations and/or Sales will be considered as relevant.
